Bill has lived in the Los Angeles area for over 35 years. After graduating from USC with a degree in Finance, Bill enjoyed a career as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance for several Los Angeles corporations. His interest in Real Estate began when he bought his first home. Since then Bill has bought, remodeled and sold several of his own homes and truly understands the Real Estate process as a Buyer, as a Seller, and as an Investor.
